Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Director for the rollout of new business campaigns in-line with the sales vision.
- Identify and target new client opportunities within the public sector.
- Achieve consistent sales growth, meeting or exceeding agreed targets.
- Consult with clients to create solutions which address business objectives.
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Oversee account management, ensuring contract negotiations optimize profits.
- Accurately forecast and monitor critical account metrics.
- Compile reports detailing account statuses.
- Partner with the sales unit to capitalize on territory opportunities.
- Expand the customer portfolio and take charge of client accounts as a crucial team member.

Experience
- Experience as a Business Development Exec, Account Manager, or similar roles within LD in the Public Sector.
- A background selling digital and blended learning solutions.
