Are you self-motivated and adaptable with a passion for e-learning?

If so, this new role within a growing provider of eLearning could be the perfect career move and step into Learning and Development!

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all customer facing support
  • Collaborate with customers and be the first line of support both online and offline
  • Provide support for those participating in the e-learning programmes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer queries or system errors
  • Regularly update and maintain spreadsheets using Excel

Qualifications

  • Relevant Business Administration qualifications are advantageous

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Experience

  • Experience of managing client relationships
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Software (Particularly Word and Excel)
  • Experience with a Learning Management System is desirable

Skills

  • Proven and excellent customer service skills
  • A genuine interest in eLearning and learning technology
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and adept at working independently
