In this role, you will lead the management of the organisations external learning Academy, collaborating with external partners and ensuring the successful delivery of learning programs across multiple countries.This role can be worked remotely (UK or Europe), with some EMEA travel.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Business partner with stakeholders in your region to facilitate conversations about the Academy
- Partner with local educational institutes to select and onboard learners into the academy aligned with business needs
- Manage planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of learner activity during the Academy program.
- Collaborate with the Learning Designers to adapt the Academy curriculum based on the business needs
- Provide detailed reports to wider business
- Organise community outreach events for graduations and share updates and activities with learners
- Offer academic and pastoral support to all Academy learners
- Monitor learners’ attendance, engagement, and progress
Skills
- Fluency in both English and either Spanish or French
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong partnerships, internally and externally
- Strong understanding of the role of Learning & Development (L&D) within the broader talent context
- Ability to work effectively within a global team to deliver learning programs for graduates and early careers
Experience
- 5-7 years experience within Learning and Development LD
- Experience working across the EMEA region
- Experienced in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external Education institutes, Charities and Government representatives as needed
- Experience managing learning programmes for training academies
- Proficiency in adapting learning solutions
- Knowledgeable in local government funding for educational outreach, including apprenticeship schemes
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish or French
Education
- LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential

Defining, measuring and interpreting learning impact in relation to the organisation’s performance objectives or expectations using a range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Evaluation scope includes both impact and effectiveness of learning solutions allows the organisation to take a view on the value that the learning has added.

Resolving workplace performance issues by partnering with customers/clients to provide a systematic analysis of performance gaps, recommending appropriate performance interventions and measuring ensuing business outcomes.
