A unique opportunity for a unique learning professional. You will be a strategic learning practitioner with experience in all aspects of the design, delivery and deployment of creative, strategic learning interventions which effect transformational change

A true learning consultant, you will be a thought leader, creative in your approach with an ability to engage stakeholders at a strategic level. You will lead client engagement activity in a consultative environment, you will pitch solutions and lead engagements within a multi-client environment and develop your true passion for capability development. You will personally deliver consulting activity and have a business development focus, identifying opportunities for new projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Stakeholder engagement at the highest levels, articulating detailed strategic learning objectives into a cohesive plan to deliver appropriate business specific learning interventions
  • Identify opportunities for new projects and deliver a quota of new business per year
  • Lead and manage client projects, and win business as a thought leader, solution designer and delivery expert
  • To design and deliver quality learning interventions in close conjunction with client stakeholders, subject matter experts and internal colleagues
  • Utilise a blended approach to learning, creating flexible interventions appropriate and fit for the audience

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications desirable

Education

  • Graduate level or equivalent. An academic background in Psychology or business (MBA) desirable

Experience

  • Significant relevant professional experience working in either a senior Learning and Development role or consulting role within a consulting organisation
  • Coaching and executive coaching experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in talent assessment for example Hogan, MBTI, Mcquaig, Thompson, Insights, CEB, SHL etc.

Skills

  • An organisational development/ OD professional with a knowledge of HR principles
  • Ability to translate learning needs analysis into meaningful and structured learning events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to spot, grown and sell large programmes of work – ideally with a business development/sales background
