Trainer - Communication Skills

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Trainer who is willing to embrace a creative delivery style! You will be delivering training to corporate clients on communication skills, as well as up-skilling Associate Trainers.

This is a permanent role, located in London with some travel regionally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate creative and experiential training workshops focused on communication skills
  • Review and trial new learning content
  • Train the in-house and associate trainers on new content
  • Provide coaching sessions to small groups


  • Relevant qualifications such as CIPD, ILM, NLP or TAP are desirable but not essential


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience facilitating training workshops to learners in the corporate sector
  • Experience of delivering training to individuals on communication skills or soft skills would be advantageous


  • Exceptional facilitation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good relationship management and engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and in an agile manner
