E-Learning Developer

£30K- £33K Basic Salary

An exciting opportunity to join a world- leading membership body as an E-Learning Developer to create exciting and engaging learning solutions for a large- learner audience. This is a hybrid role with visits to the office in Hertfordshire twice a week.

  • Develop interactive e-learning courses utilising authoring tools such as Articulate 360
  • Publish content on to the Learning management system
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, authors, and voiceover artists where necessary
  • Build SCORM compliant courses on the LMS, ensuring content is delivered on time
  • Ensure the UX is of a high standard via quality assurance reviews
  • Attend industry conferences and events when required


  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Self-starter and ability to manage your own workload
  • Ability to build positive relationships
  • Copy- editing and proof- reading


  • Experience in an e-learning development role using authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe
  • Experience working with a learning management system LMS
  • Experience with the adobe suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, Vyond


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent desirable
