Responsibilities
- Creation of interactive and engaging learning solutions and digital media, including e-learning, animations, videos and podcasts
- Utilise Articulate Storyline and Adobe CC Suite
- Lead on the development of digital learning solutions whilst supporting the team of talented learning developers
- Responsible for the full life cycle from initial concept through to delivery
- Line manage a small team of eLearning Content Developers/Designers
- Project manage the delivery of the solutions, ensuring the learning is delivered on time, to budget and of high quality
Skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Accomplished user of Articulate Storyline
- Highly proficient in the Adobe creative suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic understanding of coding tools, such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
Experience
- 3 years experience in an eLearning Developer role or similar
- Experience managing or leading a small team of E-Learning Developers
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe CC Suite
Education
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
