A brilliant opportunity to join a well-established organisation as the Lead E-Learning Developer, leading a small team of eLearning developers to create innovative and engaging learning solutions, working with global brands on exciting leadership development programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of interactive and engaging learning solutions and digital media, including e-learning, animations, videos and podcasts
  • Utilise Articulate Storyline and Adobe CC Suite
  • Lead on the development of digital learning solutions whilst supporting the team of talented learning developers
  • Responsible for the full life cycle from initial concept through to delivery
  • Line manage a small team of eLearning Content Developers/Designers
  • Project manage the delivery of the solutions, ensuring the learning is delivered on time, to budget and of high quality

Skills

  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Accomplished user of Articulate Storyline
  • Highly proficient in the Adobe creative suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Basic understanding of coding tools, such as HTML, CSS and Javascript

Experience

  • 3 years experience in an eLearning Developer role or similar
  • Experience managing or leading a small team of E-Learning Developers
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe CC Suite

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
