If you are looking for a truly exciting and dynamic delivery role, read on to find out more! Our client are looking for an IT Trainer to join their rapidly growing and successful L&D team to influence the delivery of impactful training solutions. You will play a key part in determining solutions throughout the business and delivering high quality training sessions. This role is field based 3 days a week across 3 locations, either Crawley, Maidstone and Brighton or Exeter, Portsmouth and Weybridge. There is flexibility for remote working 2 days a week.

  • Liaise internally with stakeholders to determine training requirements and the most appropriate training solution
  • Deliver training on Microsoft Office packages including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and in-house packages
  • Deliver training via classroom based, virtual and e-learning
  • Utilise virtual training platforms to deliver when required
  • Coordinate the administration of the training courses
  • Evaluate and review the effectiveness of the training



  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough training needs analysis
  • Self-starter and ability to manage your own diary
  • Understanding of e-learning and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 is desirable to input into digital learning solutions where required


  • 1-2 years experience delivering training on Microsoft packages is essential
  • Experience using virtual platforms for training delivery such as Microsoft Teams
  • Experience travelling to client sites to deliver training
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to regional offices to deliver training


  • Educated to degree level is desirable
