An exciting opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic Technical IT Trainer to join a growing learning delivery team!
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training on software predominantly within the MOD space. You will support clients on how to use and have the best experience with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate IT training sessions, both virtually and in person
- Plan and organise training sessions with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Deliver training 3 out of every 4 weeks
- You’ll deliver training on a range of technologies including Windows Server, Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware), SQL Server, SharePoint, Cisco and many more
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for training and IT systems
- Organised self-starter with an enthusiastic “can-do” approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Systems & Software
- Confident and engaging manner
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional training materials
- Excellent presentation skills
Experience
- Delivering training both face-to-face and virtually is highly desirable
- Previous experience in Training delivery in a similar industry would be beneficial
- Knowledge of technologies listed in responsibilities would be desirable
Education
- Certifications in relevant areas are desirable, e.g. TAP, Microsoft Server, Cisco, etc
