Learning and Development Specialist

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge, where you can design and deliver engaging and tailored learning programmes for leadership teams? If so, this could be the role for you! Our client, a growing learning consultancy has a newly created opportunity for an L&D Specialist to support with shaping and defining the future of the organisation and its learning offerings.This role is a remote position with travel to client sites (predominantly London based).

  • Partner with external clients to understand their learning needs
  • Design high quality training workshops and tailor existing training materials
  • Deliver engaging training workshops on leadership development (in person & VILT)
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with associate trainers to ensure successful delivery
  • Regularly assess program effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and data
  • Support business development and sales initiatives


  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledgeable in adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to deliver engaging and relatable training sessions
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment 


  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a learning and development role
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering soft skills training


  • Learning and development related qualifications are desirable but not essential, e.g. CIPD

Aligning the learning strategy with the business strategy, planning to move the business forward and guiding execution of L&D tactics in line with strategy.

Ensuring adequate capacity, availability and optimal utilisation of people, facilities and equipment to meet current and future organisational learning requirements and provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
