A fantastic opportunity for an approachable and adaptable Learning Coordinator!

Acting as the first point of contact for all learners, you will carry out administrative tasks on the organisations Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate training events and enrol learners onto their chosen learning programmes.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide the day-to-day administration and support for the learning management system
  • Upload new learning content onto the LMS
  • Enrol delegates onto chosen training programmes
  • Maintain all training programme details on the LMS
  • Coordinate daily training activity, including registering learners, uploading course materials and course logistics


  • L&D or training qualifications are preferred


  • A degree in L&D, Training or Learning Technologies is desirable


  • 2 years of experience in a learning coordinator or LMS Administrator role
  • Experience of administering an LMS


  • Highly organised individual with excellent IT and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
  • Enthusiastic individual with a desire to learn and develop within the role
  • Confident in using Microsoft Applications, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
