As the Head of Marketing, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge marketing strategies, driving the company towards its ambitious goals. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the companys visionary leaders including the founder and CEO, as well as cross-functional (content & sales) teams, ensuring alignment and impactful outcomes. Hybrid 1 day per Month South East.

  • Foster strategic alliances with the content manager to elevate brand presence
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and evolving marketing tech to inspire innovation
  • Guarantee adherence to digital marketing regulations and data privacy standards
  • Oversee website management with emphasis on CRO, UX, accessibility, and SEO
  • Cultivate and empower a proficient team to maximize their skills and efficiency
  • Nurture connections with contractors to broaden team capabilities and project execution
  • Execute market research to discern trends, customer demands, and competitors, shaping marketing strategies

  • Effective communicator, proficient in verbal and written interaction
  • Strategic thinker with practical acumen
  • Analytical thinker well-versed in data and measurement tools
  • Resourceful problem solver skilled at identifying and implementing solutions


  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing campaigns with at least three years of experience
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and website administration
  • Experience within the commercial Learning and Development arena
  • Previous experience developing content marketing strategies


  • Any relevant certifications and qualifications would be advantageous
