Responsibilities
- Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns tailored to senior HR, L&D and other senior stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Corporate sales teams to accelerate pipeline and strengthen strategic relationships with high value accounts.
- Develop multi-channel programmes across email, digital, events, direct mail and thought leadership.
- Create event strategies for key networking conferences, with prior, during and post-engagement tactics.
- Write persuasive, insight-led copy that speaks to client challenges and showcases the impact of L&D programmes.
- Introduce innovative approaches and tools to elevate how global enterprise audiences are engaged.
- Track campaign performance, pipeline influence and ROI using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Skills
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with a flair for engaging senior audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multi-channel thought leadership centred marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms including HubSpot.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience specialising in account-based marketing within a commercial LDHR setting.
- Experience supporting consultative, long-cycle sales processes and collaborating with sales teams.
