Training Coordinator

£25K-£30K Basic Salary + Benefits

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join an award-winning organisation!

We have this exciting new role where you have the chance to make a real impact on the Learning and Development department by assisting with the production coordination of all online events.

Key responsibilities

  • Being the main point of contact for virtual meeting bookings, platform feature queries and internal training requirements
  • Ensure client satisfaction at all stages
  • Edit webinar and virtual workshop recordings
  • Produce detailed reports and analysis of webinars to ensure best practice


  • COLF qualified or equivalent is desirable


  • Educated to degree level


  • Proven IT skills including MS Office
  • Working knowledge of webinar platform and tools e.g. Cisco WebEx
  • Video and editing experience are desirable (Corel Video Studios 9 or Audacity)


  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to deliver internal training and provide ongoing support
  • Work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail
