Interim Programme Development and Delivery Lead

We are working with a specialist membership and learning organisation that supports senior business audiences through practical development programmes, peer learning, events and digital resources. They are looking for an experienced Interim Programme Development and Delivery Lead to support the hands-on development, writing and implementation of a multi-year membership programme for senior business audiences. This is a short-term contract role, expected to be 4 to 5 days per week through to the end of October. The focus is on bringing the thinking, structure and collateral together quickly, working closely with the in-house team to shape the programme for rollout. The role would suit someone who can turn commercial insight, business thinking, customer insight and subject matter expertise into a structured, scalable and practical programme. This is not a traditional internal L&D role. It is a hands-on programme development and delivery role, focused on programme architecture, content development, writing materials, rollout preparation, online resources and practical application.

The role would suit someone with strong facilitation, coaching, peer learning or associate/community management experience, with credibility working with senior executive coaches, facilitators and business leaders.
