Responsibilities
- Confidently consult with stakeholders across the business to understand capability gaps and translate business needs into effective learning solutions
- Design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning using tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Curate, manage, and continuously improve learning content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
- Support the rollout and ongoing delivery of leadership and manager development programmes
- Act as a trusted advisor, recommending practical learning interventions that improve performance
- Coordinate learning initiatives across the organisation, ensuring consistency and quality
- Create clear internal communications to drive engagement with learning and development activity
- Track learning engagement and impact, producing meaningful insights to support data-informed decisions
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance learning design, personalise learning experiences, and optimise programme delivery
Skills
- Digital learning design and content creation
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Learning platform and content management
- Project coordination and organisation
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using learning data and metrics to tell a story
Experience
- 3 to 5 years experience in a Learning Consultant, Instructional Designer or similar role
- Experience managing content within an LMS or LXP
- Exposure to manager or soft-skills development programmes
- Working cross-functionally with subject matter experts
- Confident using authoring tools and digital content platforms
- Experience supporting learning in a matrix or multinational environment desirable
Education
- A background in Learning Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Delivery within a fast-paced environment
