Customer Service Trainer

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Trainer to join a global organisation! If you enjoy designing and delivering high quality classroom training in a fast-paced environment for customer service and sales staff, then this could be the role for you!

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training materials to sales and customer service teams, primarily focussing on soft skills content
  • Deliver and evaluate onboarding programmes, including assessments
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver people development strategies
  • Design learning content and recommend suggestions to improve the effectiveness of training content
  • Provide feedback on training and report on improvement opportunities


  • Relevant qualifications are desirable e.g. CIPD


  • 2-4 years’ experience of designing and delivering learning classroom training and coaching
  • Experience of training individuals in customer service, sales or recruitment


  • Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Confident, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
