A market leading provider of learning and development solutions is seeking a CMS manager in digital learning to join their growing team and manage the implementation of the CMS and content production, enhancing the companies’ capabilities. This role is based in London with home- working 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

 

  • Take ownership of the implementation of the new CMS
  • Work with stakeholders to understand the challenges and opportunities as the implementations plan is rolled out
  • Provide support to the business for the use of the CMS
  • Act as the system owner for the content management system post-release
  • Manage the content administrator and ensure processes and workflows are established

Skills

  • Understanding of the development process of digital learning content
  • Skilled project manager, preferably for learning programmes
  • Knowledge of content workflows, content management and version control
  • Excellent communicator and attention to detail

Experience

  • Experience in content management roles from implementation through to managing a CMS
  • Experience of content management systems such as WoodWing CMS desirable but not essential

Education

  • Relevant education desirable

Qualifications

 

  • Qualification to degree level or equivalent desirable
