E-Learning Developer

£30K- £35K Basic Salary

Our client, specialising in the scientific industry have an exciting opportunity for a eLearning Developer to create engaging digital learning content, including e-learning to support internal and external clients to enhance their knowledge and use of the products and solutions. This role will be hybrid- working from home with regular visits to the office in Worcestershire.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging multi-format content to include, e-learning, video, graphics/ text and supporting documents
  • Work with SMEs to commission content and develop a technical understanding
  • Liaise with stakeholders to keep them up to date with progress
  • Ensure content is delivered on time and to a high-quality standard
  • Support the development of processes, systems, and templates

Skills

  • Understanding of learning management systems (LMS)
  • Understanding of modular content development and content reuse is desirable
  • Understanding of SCORM standards
  • Native fluency in English
  • Passionate about the learning industry and developing engaging and effective learning resources
  • Desire to work in a scientific environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills

Experience

  • 2 years experience developing e-learning
  • Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate 360

Education

  • Degree educated or equivalent
