Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually engaging digital learning assets
- Create animations, infographics, communications materials, and supporting resources
- Build interactive learning modules from detailed storyboards
- Apply strong visual design principles including layout, typography, colour, and imagery
- Collaborate with learning designers and consultants to translate complex ideas into clear visual content
- Develop iconography and diagrams to support technical and strategic learning topics
- Source and manage high-quality stock imagery for use in learning materials
- Support proofreading and user acceptance testing of digital learning content
- Ensure consistency and accuracy from storyboard through to final output
Skills
- Strong visual design capability with a keen eye for detail
- Creativity and enthusiasm for multimedia content creation
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in developing new skills and exploring emerging technologies, including AI
Experience
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, and InDesign
- Exposure to digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, gomo, Synthesia, or Captivate would be advantageous
- Experience working with AI tools or applications in a creative or workplace setting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in regulated or high-accuracy environments
Education
- Degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual design, art direction, or a related field
