Client Services Team Manager

£29K Basic Salary

An amazing opportunity with an award-winning Non-Profit organization! They are looking for a confident and experienced Client Services Team Manager to join their digital learning team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the 1st line customer service and support function. This position is a 12 Months FTC, Part-Time 30hrs per week.

  • Build an understanding of the client needs and address these through customer support, client management, and sales support
  • Review client accounts and regularly perform client management meetings
  • Generate client reports and usage data to support the sales team
  • Acting a key point of escalation for all customer and client management issues


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all working areas
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills encouraging others to communicate effectively
  • Be responsive and proactive to show the client you care


  • Knowledge of ticket managing systems
  • Experience of managing customer service andor support teams
  • Experience of conducting client management meetings
