Senior Client Support Consultant

£40K-£50K Basic Salary

A brilliant opportunity be part of an award-winning organisation within the learning technology industry. You’ll be responsible for supporting and advising clients using the Learning Management System and associated technologies, whilst monitoring support budgets and related change requests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line client support and advice for customised Totara platforms and associated technology, via email, Microsoft Teams and telephone
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to oversee resource planning and task allocation for 2nd line consultants
  • Support 2nd line support consultants on technical escalations
  • Deal with incident and service requests via Freshdesk to ensure client satisfaction
  • Liaise with the Implementation Team to ensure that the client experience is consistent from implementation through to business-as-usual
  • Liaise with the Technical Team to manage 3rd line technical support requests
  • Attend operational team meetings and contribute as appropriate
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the LMS and provide advice regarding its application
  • Monitor support budgets and associated change requests

Skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise own workload
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all working areas
  • Curious with exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style

Experience

  • Proven capability in Learning Management Systems, e.g. Totara, Moodle
  • Experience in providing customer support to clients
  • Experience successfully leading consultants and assigning responsibilities accordingly

Education

  • Educated to degree level is desirable
