Within this role, you will play a crucial role in driving projects related to animal health and welfare. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.   • Project manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, ensuring the learning is delivered on time, to budget and of high quality
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand their learning requirements, challenging and influencing their needs and scoping learner journeys
  • Cooperate with the creative teams to produce artistic eLearning content
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, milestone and any emerging issues
  • Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed to achieve successful project delivery


  • Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for design
  • Agile with the ability to deal with ambiguity from clients
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in French is a nice to have but not essential


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a project manager role in the animal health industry or other health related fields
  • Experience of liaising with external clients to understand learning needs
  • Proven experience of designing engaging learning solutions
  • Experience of project managing the full learning lifecycle


  • A bachelors degree in veterinary or medical is preferred but not essential

Ensuring adequate capacity, availability and optimal utilisation of people, facilities and equipment to meet current and future organisational learning requirements and provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Manage technology for learning
2 – Proficient

Working with others to manage the technology strategy, roadmap and tools used to enable the individual and organisational learning and performance needs of today – and the innovations of tomorrow.
