A newly created role with a digital learning consultancy, whose team has won numerous industry awards for their work. This opportunity will suit a motivated sales professional with experience within digital learning and a natural flair for developing new business and cultivating dormant and existing clients. This role offers flexible working, circa 20-30 hours per week.

  • Follow up on warm and inbound sales leads
  • Focus on lead generation and business development
  • Increase sales with existing client base, cross-selling and upselling to existing customers and advise them on any new products and feature releases
  • Assist with writing proposals for new customers
  • Nurture dormant and existing accounts and focus on customer retention
  • Search out new opportunities and conduct exploratory value-driven telephone conversations that are well qualified and lead to solid outcomes


  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Skilled and proven in outbound and inbound lead and demand generation
  • Ability to quickly understand a client’s business challenges and propose the appropriate learning solutions


  • Proven experience selling digital learning solutions or learning technology
  • An all-round interest in e-learning and learning technology
  • Proven success closing business varying from 10K to 100K per annum
  • Previous experience working in a sales role focusing on leaddemand generation and developing new business
  • Demonstrable experience using CRMs such as Salesforce
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is advantageous


  • Relevant sales and/or business development qualifications are beneficial
