We are looking for an experienced Learning Consultant to join a growing learning and development team, working closely with external clients to understand their learning and development needs and create impactful behavioural learning solutions.
This is a genuinely end-to-end consulting role. You will work directly with clients to understand their challenges, identify learning needs, scope and design appropriate solutions, and then take ownership of delivering the learning intervention.
The role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the client, is confident operating as a consultant and facilitator, and is passionate about creating learning experiences that genuinely change behaviour.
You will work across a range of client organisations and projects, so no two days are likely to be the same.

They are looking for an experienced Interim Programme Development and Delivery Lead to support the hands-on development, writing and implementation of a multi-year membership programme for senior business audiences.
This is a short-term contract role, expected to be 4 to 5 days per week through to the end of October. The focus is on bringing the thinking, structure and collateral together quickly, working closely with the in-house team to shape the programme for rollout.
The role would suit someone who can turn commercial insight, business thinking, customer insight and subject matter expertise into a structured, scalable and practical programme.
This is not a traditional internal L&D role. It is a hands-on programme development and delivery role, focused on programme architecture, content development, writing materials, rollout preparation, online resources and practical application.
We are working with a specialist membership and learning organisation that supports senior business audiences through peer learning, facilitated forums, events and practical development programmes.
The successful candidate will need credibility with CEOs, founders and private business leaders, ideally gained through peer advisory groups, CEO forums, business coaching, scale-up advisory work or similar senior business communities. They are looking for an experienced Facilitator and Coach Community Lead to support facilitator quality, forum consistency and community engagement.
This is a 3 day per week contract role, based in London for those 3 days, through to the end of November, with potential to develop into a permanent role.
The role would suit someone with strong facilitation, coaching, peer learning or associate/community management experience, with credibility working with senior executive coaches, facilitators and business leaders.
We’re working with a leading organisation to recruit an LMS Administrator and Developer to support the effective configuration, development and ongoing management of its digital learning systems.
This is a key role within the learning function, working closely with L&D colleagues and wider Digital & Technology teams to ensure that learning platforms and systems are configured effectively, provide a positive learner experience and support the organisation’s wider learning strategy.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for digital learning system configuration and implementation, with responsibility spanning LMS/LXP administration, user management, reporting, system optimisation, testing and governance.
