Account Executive - Learning Technologies

£65K-£70K Basic + £120K OTE

An opportunity to join a leading innovator of agile, modular learning technologies seeking an ambitious sales professional with a successful track record selling digital learning and/or learning platforms (LXP/LMS). Joining an established sales team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with prospective clients and closing deals ranging from £30K to £200K per annum.

  • Achieving personal sales targets, build sales pipeline and maintain accurate revenue forecasts
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from identification and nurture to negotiation and close.
  • Collaborating with the SDR team and progress qualified leads passed to you via the team
  • Utilising consultative sales skills to develop rapport and build relationships
  • Working closely with colleagues in sales, marketing and client success
  • Attending seminars, webinars and conference when appropriate


  • Results focused and conscientious
  • Outstanding rapport building and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Adept at writing sales proposals and RFP’s
  • A solid understanding of digital learning/L&D and learning technologies is highly advantageous


  • Several years of SaaS sales experience
  • Established network of senior contacts in LD and HR
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets Minimum 600K per annum
  • Proven ability to effectively articulate and position technology enabled learning solutions to prospective clients
  • Adept at working effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is beneficial.
