Customer Success Manager

£35K-£40K basic salary + bonus

Our client is a global digital learning and platform provider who pride themselves on outstanding client success. You will work with a fantastic team to manage strategic partnerships whilst ensuring outstanding service and account growth.

Key responsibilities

  • You will act as a customer champion by managing a pool of accounts ensuring the overall satisfaction.
  • You’ll ensure clients are maximising the value of their investment in the platform/solution ensuring a successful renewal
  • Collaborate with relevant colleagues to ensure that client requests are listened to and acted upon promptly (e.g. issues, product updates and enhancements)
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, seeking out opportunities for further growth
  • Monitor, identify and manage any queries and ensure they are resolved in a positive manner
  • Effectively profile accounts to ensure that all relevant decision makers, influencers and stakeholders are identified and engaged

Qualifications

  • Qualifications related to learning & development and/or sales an advantage

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable

Experience

  • Experience working within a sales and/or account management position within the learning environment
  • Experience in a learning or consulting role is desirable
  • Able to use data effectively to deliver a positive change
  • Experience working closely with clients to advise on complex solutions or projects
  • Proven ability to define project objectives and demonstrate ongoing results

Skills

  • Confidence to challenge and influence senior decision makers
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) / digital platforms
  • Ability to prioritise, multi task and perform effectively under pressure
