Were supporting a well-established organisation in the compliance sector as they recruit a Curriculum Lead to join their expanding training team. This pivotal role focuses on the design, development, and ongoing improvement of qualifications and wider curriculum courses helping ensure high-quality, compliant, and impactful learning solutions.They are seeking a skilled learning design professional with experience in education as a teacher, educator or instructional designer, ideally across regulated environments. If you have a strong grasp of adult learning theory, compliance frameworks, and digital learning best practice then this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and improvement of qualifications, CPD courses, and supporting learning content
  • Create learner-focused resources that support assessment and knowledge retention
  • Manage and maintain all training products and content scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and regulatory frameworks
  • Design and evolve e-learning offerings, including bespoke digital content
  • Analyse learner data to identify trends and support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders
  • Support internal team development and knowledge sharing
  • Represent the organisation in awarding body meetings and events
  • Scope and deliver bespoke client training solutions
  • Contribute to curriculum performance KPIs and reporting

Skills

  • Working knowledge of digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate 360 desirable)
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills
  • Awareness of fire safety or compliance-led subject matter (or willingness to learn)
  • Confident working with awarding bodies and educational quality frameworks

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in course development, education, or training
  • Experience with e-learning development and virtual delivery formats

Education

  • A Level 4 IQA qualification is desirable but not essential
