Within this role you will be working closely with internal teams, including the sales and development team to identify client’s learning needs.

Responsibilities
- Work with new and existing clients to define and refine learning objectives and recommend appropriate and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team on presentations and proposals
- Support the learning design team in translating client requirements
- Design learning solutions, ensuring they are aligning with the company’s methodology and up to date with the latest learning trends
- Facilitate scoping workshops and meeting with clients to define requirements both virtual and face-to-face
Skills
- A strong knowledge and understanding of learning and development
- A creative and problem solving mindset
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good analytical skills to identify and interpret clients learning objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised with the ability to work to deadlines
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience within the LD industry, including design, delivery and consultancy
- Experience in a client facing role scoping learning objectives would be beneficial
- Experience in a learning design or instructional design role would be an advantage
Education
- An LD qualification e.g., CIPD would be desirable
