Learning Solutions Consultant

£45K-£50K Basic Salary

An excellent opportunity to work for an award-winning learning provider. Our client is looking for a dedicated and driven learning professional who will be supporting the design and delivery of blended learning solutions. Within this role you will be working closely with internal teams, including the sales and development team to identify client’s learning needs.

Responsibilities

  • Work with new and existing clients to define and refine learning objectives and recommend appropriate and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team on presentations and proposals
  • Support the learning design team in translating client requirements
  • Design learning solutions, ensuring they are aligning with the company’s methodology and up to date with the latest learning trends
  • Facilitate scoping workshops and meeting with clients to define requirements both virtual and face-to-face

Skills

  • A strong knowledge and understanding of learning and development
  • A creative and problem solving mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills to identify and interpret clients learning objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised with the ability to work to deadlines

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience within the LD industry, including design, delivery and consultancy
  • Experience in a client facing role scoping learning objectives would be beneficial
  • Experience in a learning design or instructional design role would be an advantage

Education

  • An LD qualification e.g., CIPD would be desirable
