LMS Administrator 7-month FTC

Are you passionate about learning management systems and eager to make an impact? We are looking for a proactive LMS Administrator to manage and enhance critical learning platforms. This hybrid role, requiring two days in-office per week, offers the chance to work with learning technologies and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver impactful learning experiences.As the main point of contact for technical queries, you will ensure smooth operations, support stakeholders, analyse system performance, and implement innovative solutions to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain key learning management and digital application systems
  • Provide second-line support for LMS-related issues, coordinating with internal teams and external providers for resolution
  • Generate detailed reports to aid decision-making and track performance metrics
  • Identify system trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose process enhancements
  • Contribute to the system development roadmap, ensuring alignment with resources and priorities
  • Develop and enforce governance policies and procedures for digital systems
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement best practices

Skills

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication abilities for training and supporting users at all levels
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects, including external partnerships
  •  Commitment to data accuracy and integrity

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in administering an LMS is crucial
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools is beneficial
  • Knowledge of adult learning and social learning theories is desirable

Education

  • Any LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
