Salesforce L&D Consultant - 6 Month FTC

£65K -£70K Basic Salary

A unique opportunity for a Salesforce L&D consultant to join a high-end luxury goods organisation with international travel (NY, LA, Beijing, Shanghai, London). Working closely with Head of Client Development, Operations Systems you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a training program to a globally dispersed sales team. This role is a 6-month assignment based out of London with flexible hybrid working arrangements. International travel may require being away for a number of weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Salesforce (SF) strategy and how this is translated into job roles. 
  • Assess & matrix the SF skills and capabilities of the global sales team and then the wider SF user group.
  • Determine company wide proficiency levels (base line, advanced, expert) based on job classification (i.e., Assistant, Associate Director, Director etc) 
  • Create an interactive program / training suite and timetable for global rollout. 
  • Design training content, videos, workshops, manuals, checklists, glossary, work instructions
  • Deliver training program (where possible) in person across all sites.
  • Develop and integrate assessment method / scorecard / feedback loop. 
  • Allow for assessment, review period and refinement. 
  • Create central training database where all literature is centrally stored and controlled. 

Skills

  • Strong communicator with ability to engage with all levels across the business. 
  • Able to travel and spend a few weeks at a time at each of our locations (NY, LA, Beijing, , London) 
  • Able to create interesting and engaging training content / materials. 
  • Comfortable with presenting to large audiences 
  • Understanding learning and development strategies 

Experience

  • Experience of Salesforce and understands how CRMs are used and can add value.

Education

  • Relevant Learning and Development qualification or experience in a similar role
