As a Learning Consultant, youll work closely with senior leaders across a range of organisations, helping to design and deliver impactful programmes that drive leadership effectiveness and long-term business success.This role offers a blend of consulting, project management, facilitation, and client relationship management. Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver leadership and transformation projects with senior leaders.
- Manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth logistics.
- Design tailored workshops, programmes and interventions that are practical and psychologically grounded.
- Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams, adapting approach to group needs.
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships and act as a strategic partner.
- Gather and interpret data to produce clear, engaging diagnostic reports and insights.
- Support clients to embed change and sustain momentum.
- Contribute to consultancy growth by developing tools, methods and ways of working.
Skills
- Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain credible relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen, aligning consulting work to client business outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in complex environments.
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for project coordination.
Experience
- 3-5 years proven experience in leadership development, organisational development or consulting.
- Experience managing
- Experience facilitating groups and senior teams.
- Experience with psychometrics and diagnostic tools is desirable but not essential.
Education
- Qualifications in psychology, organisational development, behavioural sciences, coaching or related fields are desirable but not essential.
