Learning Consultant - Leadership Development

£40K-£55K Basic Salary (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity to join a growing learning consultancy. As a Learning Consultant, youll work closely with senior leaders across a range of organisations, helping to design and deliver impactful programmes that drive leadership effectiveness and long-term business success.This role offers a blend of consulting, project management, facilitation, and client relationship management. Youll be part of a close-knit team working on meaningful projects that create measurable results for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver leadership and transformation projects with senior leaders.
  • Manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth logistics.
  • Design tailored workshops, programmes and interventions that are practical and psychologically grounded.
  • Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams, adapting approach to group needs.
  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships and act as a strategic partner.
  • Gather and interpret data to produce clear, engaging diagnostic reports and insights.
  • Support clients to embed change and sustain momentum.
  • Contribute to consultancy growth by developing tools, methods and ways of working.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain credible relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, aligning consulting work to client business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in complex environments.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for project coordination.

Experience

  • 3-5 years proven experience in leadership development, organisational development or consulting.
  • Experience managing
  • Experience facilitating groups and senior teams.
  • Experience with psychometrics and diagnostic tools is desirable but not essential.

Education

  • Qualifications in psychology, organisational development, behavioural sciences, coaching or related fields are desirable but not essential.
