An outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced learning and development professional to join a growing, award-winning learning provider specialising in Learning Culture. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the leadership team to deliver the vision of the product. You will be the driving force behind development, devising a roadmap, and constantly liaising with the content and tech teams ensuring the product exceeds expectations. 1-2 days per month in London office.

Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead multiple teams, including content, tech, leadership and development
- Deep knowledge of learning platforms and technologies, understanding how they can be utilised to deliver functionalities, e.g. UX/LX
- Ability to utilise user research, data and help to identify future opportunities
- Capable of defining, adopting and maintaining strong agile project management methodologies
- Ensure the product vision is communicated consistently, keeping everyone aligned with direction and progress
Skills
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through influence
- Strong analytical qualities with the ability to use data-driven metrics
- Ability to use and deliver Agile methodologies – on time and budget
- Comfortable engaging in technical and non-technical conversations
Experience
- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years experience in EdtechSaaSDigital product development
- Experience in building and delivering a learning product roadmap is highly advantageous
Education
- Certifications in relevant areas are desirable
