Digital Customer Support

A fantastic opportunity for an approachable and adaptable Digital Customer Support.

You will be responsible for managing the customer service and digital support to the highest standard, accountable for identifying and escalating any potential risks. Utilising your technical ability.

Key responsibilities

  • First point of contact for current customers, answering queries and escalating unresolvable issues
  • Management of company email address inbox
  • Respond to waiting list leads for courses
  • Administering the learning management system, aligning subscription errors
  • Provide customer support, password reset, activation errors

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications desirable

Education

  • Degree educated or equivalent desirable

Experience

  • 1 year of experience in a Training Administration or L&D Administration role
  • Experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in a digital environment beneficial

Skills

  • Highly organised individual with excellent IT and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
  • Enthusiastic individual with a desire to learn and develop within the role
  • Confident in using Microsoft Applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Confident with technical terminology
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
