An excellent opportunity to join a growing team as a (Junior) Digital Content Developer. You will be involved in all aspects of the design and delivery of engaging e-learning content from writing storyboards and using appropriate rapid development tools. You will also hold responsibility for leading project delivery ensuring projects run on time and to budget. For this position, the client is considering both junior as well as experienced candidates.

  • Support the design team in the curation, writing, storyboarding and delivery of learning content, using a blended learning approach.
  • Use a breadth of skills in user interface and graphic design to design excellent user experiences as well as implementing video and graphics.
  • Undertake instructional design across multiple projects
  • Co-ordinate and support the development of e-learning and video content, ensuring the quality and requirements are met at a timely manner.
  • Providing ongoing feedback to continuously improve learning content


  • A creative individual with a passion for graphic design
  • Exposure to using the Adobe Creative Cloud including Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and InDesign
  • An organised individual who is eager to learn and can manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal


  • 2-3 years experience in a Multimedia Developer or Graphic Designer role or similar
  • Proven experience in producing creative digital content for learning purposes, including animations and video


  • Qualifications in multimedia or graphic design are desirable
