A great opportunity for an innovative E-learning designer to join a growing team.
You will be responsible for developing and producing high quality learning resources and working collaboratively with internal colleagues and externally to ensure the E-learning is produced to a high standard and meets the training needs of the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Lead on the creation of effective and relevant online learning resources (e.g., handouts, quizzes, interactive resources etc.) using Articulate Storyline, Rise and the Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging learning solutions
- Work in partnership with subject matter experts to ensure the E-learning is relevant and of a high quality
- Apply instructional design theories
- Keep up to date with new technologies and recommend changes to existing courses
- Administration and management of the LMS as well as providing support to learners and monitoring training activity
Skills
- High proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Great project management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of instructional design theory
- Strong communication skills
Experience
- At-least 2 years experience in a E-learning Designer role or similar
- Experience using Learning Management Systems
- Experience using authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Rise, and the Adobe Creative Suite
Education
- A Digital Learning qualification would be beneficial
