As a Training Consultant, youll work at the heart of customer onboarding and enablement, helping teams confidently embed new systems into their day-to-day work. This is a highly visible role where your work will directly impact user adoption, engagement, and long-term success.This is a remote role with some travel across England, Scotland and Ireland for delivery.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for clients on how to utilise the software, both remotely and on-site
- Tailor training materials to reflect customer-specific workflows, pathways, and system integrations
- Support the successful rollout of digital solutions across client’s organisations
- Develop and adapt learning content, including eLearning and virtual resources, to support scalable delivery
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, project teams, and digital transformation leads
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective system usage and adoption
- Gather feedback to continuously improve training approaches and materials
Skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage a range of audiences
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt content to suit different user groups and environments
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience delivering training or onboarding programmes
- Experience supporting software or digital system implementations
- Exposure to creating or adapting digital learning content eLearning or virtual training
- Experience working with stakeholders across different levels of an organisation
Education
- Relevant LD qualifications are desirable
