Threaded learning design will be a critical factor to the success of the program, so experience of this approach is essential to the role. Once the high level/outline design has been signed-off, you’ll begin the detailed design of each session within the program. As part of this stage, any media assets required will need to be storyboarded and approved, prior to briefing our inhouse creative team.

When the detailed design has been approved, you’ll then need to prepare for, set-up, and run a thorough train the trainer (TTT) with the clients internal L&D trainers and be able to support the pilot session for the new program.
