An exciting opportunity for a passionate digital learning experience designer to join an established, global organisation within the health sector.
Within this role, you will be responsible for the identification and development of new digital learning assets as well as the ability to support the organisation’s business strategy.

Responsibilities
- Identifying, designing and developing new and existing digital learning assets using tools including xAPI and Articulate Storyline
- Leading the learning experience through gamification, UX/UI design
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the best digital content is created and clients’ learning needs and requirements are identified
- Ensure the learning content remains up to date with the latest learning trends and aligns with the business strategy
- Uploading, developing and maintaining the learning content through LXP platforms
Skills
- A strong knowledge and understanding of learning technologies including Learning Experience Platforms, xAPI and authoring tools
- A creative and strategic mindset
- Good analytical skills to identify and interpret clients learning objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised with the ability to work to deadlines
Experience
- Experience within a Learning Technology Consultant position or equivalent
- Profound experience in using Learning Experience Platforms
- Experience in leading projects e.g., learning technology with a focus on digital transformation
Education
- Qualifications within relevant areas are desirable e.g., learning technologies
