You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop crucial learning solutions around various subjects including leadership, management and many more.

Responsibilities
- Present design concepts and proposed solutions to key stakeholders.
- Create a mix of learning solutions, including in-person, virtual, on-demand, and digital learning resources.
- Collaborate with the wider team to define and develop new learning solutions, including prototyping and asset creation.
- Lead and project manage the design of learning assets from concept through to launch, collaborating with developers to bring storyboards to life.
- Incorporate learning metrics into the design of all assets and analyse insights to ensure learning outcomes are achieved and continuously refined.
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills to ensure high quality learning solutions are provided in a timely manner
- A strong collaborative mindset, consistently striving for excellence with excellent eye for detail.
- Advanced knowledge of digital learning principles and practices, with an understanding of current and emerging trends.
- Broad knowledge of applied learning science and human-centred design.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Learning and Development environment within an equivalent position.
- Experience of managing and overseeing of large learning projects from start to finish
- A working knowledge of authoring tools would be an ideal
Education
- LD related qualifications would be desirable i.e. CIPD or Project management
