An opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming learning with a global giant within the food manufacturing industry. You will define the strategy for learning analytics and measurements, providing key insights into what learning solutions to prioritise to positively impact business.

Responsibilities

  • Present integrated, strong solutions
  • Drive and inspire the continuous development of projects for analytics and learning data
  • Master the learning technology ecosystem/stack and data flows
  • Recognise the business requirements in terms of the analytics, e.g. engagement levels, measuring impact, etc
  • Upskill the organisation’s learning by using data and analytics; supporting and training key stakeholders in the use of reports and dashboards
  • Import external practices and then implement and translate these strategies
  • Convert the business requirements into solid specifications and products, e.g. dashboards, reports, etc

Skills

  • Ability to understand client perspectives
  • Bring an expertise in learning measurements
  • Able to engage and influence people at all levels throughout the business
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of different tools
  • Is a data expert with a quantitative mindset
  • Capable of forming strong collaborative professional relationships 

Experience

  • A proven track record of implementing learning data in big organisations
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within a learning dataanalytics related role

Education

  • Educated to a degree level is desirable

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of implementing learning data in big organisations
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a learning data/analytics related role
