LMS Administrator

Our client, a global award-winning coaching consultancy with a focus on creating inclusive cultures is looking for a Learning Administrator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for the daily administration of the LMS, providing 1st line support to clients, and regular reporting. This individual will have progression opportunities to coordinate and manage small projects.

  • Provide 1st line support to learners for regular support issues, e.g., password resets, account set up etc
  • Upload, test and quality check digital learning content on the bespoke LMS
  • Run reports to monitor course take up and learner engagement, for external clients and for internal stakeholders
  • Support the Programme Manager in the delivery of projects
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders


  • Demonstrable evidence of organisational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all working areas
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Keen to take on new challenges and learn new skills


  • 1-2 years experience within an LMS Administrator, LMS Coordinator role or similar
  • Experience of running reports and providing 1st line support for an LMS


  • Learning technology-related qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • Project management-related qualifications are desirable but not essential
