LMS Coordinator

An amazing opportunity to join a growing L&D team and support all of its colleagues through one of the biggest system transformations in the UK retail industry. Within this role, they are looking for a confident and experienced LMS coordinator, to lead the management and deployment of the organisation’s learning content through their LMS System. You will also evaluate data through reporting and visualisation of business statistics using powerBI.

Responsibilities

  • Testing and uploading courses to make sure the learning experience is as best possible
  • Monitor LMS queries and requests from users and managing large numbers of learners.
  • Managing the quality assurance process for all learning modules, ensuring the content is uploaded into the LMS, whether this is revised of new content
  • Ensuring learning content is up to date within the LMS
  • Manage and evaluate data through reporting using tools including Power BI

Skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise own workload
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all working areas
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a way in which client can understand

Experience

  • Requires previous experience working with SAP SuccessFactors LMS
  • Experience in managing and evaluating data using tools such as Power BI
  • Experience in managing learning content on an LMS is essential, ideally using the LMS SuccessFactor
  • Experience in providing customer support to learners in a similar role

Education

  • Educated to degree level is desirable
