Learning Technology Consultant

£35K-£42K Basic Salary

In this role with a leading learning technology solutions provider, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Learning Management System and associated technology projects. You’ll deliver in line with time, cost and quality targets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for standardisation of and continuous improvement in the implementation services approach
  • Learning Technology consulting, support, and project management
  • Act as key liaison point between commercial sales and implementation services, ensuring that the solution requirement and budget is accurate
  • Act as the project support manager, throughout the implementation process and to manage all highlighted and escalated issues raised by either the client or the project lead
  • Ensure appropriate resourcing on implementation projects
  • Onboarding, induction, and probation for learning technology consultants
  • Implementation services quality assurance, information systems manager, consultant utilisation
  • Liaise with the client services lead, the eLearning services lead and the technical team to ensure that realistic technical deadlines are set
  • Attend operational team meetings and contribute as appropriate

Skills

  • Responsive and proactive to show that you care about all the users within the client organisation
  • Confident collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Driven individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solution focused for the client
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience

  • Experience implementing Totara or Moodle LMS is highly advantageous
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar consultative position experience in a similar technical environment
  • Able to show previous experience of ensuring project deliverables are met

Education

  • Educated to degree level is desirable
