We are in search of a dynamic Learning Developer to redefine the possibilities of immersive technologies. Your mission will be to leverage cutting-edge immersive learning technologies, crafting unparalleled digital learning experiences. This pivotal role involves the creation of advanced digital learning content, encompassing VR, XR, AR, and AI. You will play a key part in shaping innovative content designs, collaborating seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a vibrant and captivating learning journey.

  • Generate cutting-edge digital learning content using VR, XR, AR, and AI technologies
  • Contribute to internal sales proposals and provide precise cost estimates for immersive learning solutions
  • Foster and oversee relationships with external stakeholders and third-party suppliers in immersive technology
  • Improve user learning experiences by implementing innovative functionalities
  • Develop and uphold best practice documentation and guidelines for internal use
  • Collaborate with teams to publish, edit, and oversee immersive content
  • Ensure assets are delivered promptly and with top quality across immersive platforms and marketing media
  • Provide support to the Performance & Innovation Solutions team through coaching, technical assistance, and continual learning


  • Proficient programming skills tailored to the role's requirements
  • Mastery of immersive learning technology development frameworks
  • Expertise in 3D Modelling and Animation, demonstrating the capability to craft assets and animations
  • Skilled in UI/UX Design to create intuitive interfaces for immersive experiences
  • Adept at optimization techniques to guarantee high performance in VR/XR applications
  • Comprehensive hardware knowledge, encompassing understanding of VR/XR hardware components
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adept at addressing unique technical challenges
  • Demonstrated adaptability, staying abreast of evolving technologies and trends


  • Demonstrated prior experience in creating immersive content and designing learning experiences
  • Educational attainment at the degree level in relevant fields like Digital Media, Digital Communication, Computer Science, or related disciplines is highly desirable
  • An advantageous asset would be a robust comprehension of safety-critical industries


  • Relevant qualifications and certifications are desirable
