Learning Technologies Project Manager (12-month FTC)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with client-side and internal teams to deliver customised learning technologies/ learning platforms and other solutions to agreed timeframe, budget and quality requirements
  • Ensuring that projects deliver against team and individual revenue targets
  • Project managing the implementation and integration of learning technologies and learning platforms
  • Liaising with clients to ensure that project time, budget and quality targets are met
  • Lead and support the team of project managers
  • Ensuring that quality levels are met and exceeded
  • Managing and monitoring project budgets and scheduling project tasks and milestones within the relevant teams

Skills

  • Commercial acumen; adept in understanding the business objectives and drives of projects
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Great leadership skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Experience

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience project managing the implementation of learning technology platforms, LXPs, or LMS
  • Experience utilising Agile andor Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Understanding of emerging learning technologies and digital learning solutions

Education

  • Project Management qualifications e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall are an advantage but are not essential
