A brilliant opportunity to join our client, a well-established financial services organisation who are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to join their learning and development team. In this a role, you will be responsible for management of the LMS and the creation and curation of digital learning to create innovative learning experiences.This is a hybrid role, with 2 days working in the London office.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative learning experiences, including eLearning, video, gamification and training materials
- Consult with internal stakeholders and SMEs to identify the learning requirements and needs
- Curate content from learning libraries and external suppliers
- Utilise authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Vyond and Camtasia
- Work on multiple projects at one time and manage the end-to-end process of the learning design cycle
- Upload learning assets onto the Learning Management System (LMS) including troubleshooting and ensuring learning content remains up to date with the latest learning and development trends
- Take responsibility for the LMS, ensuring the L&D team is utilising it to its full potential and improve engagement for learners
Skills
- Proficient in using authoring tools, including Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to consult confidently with stakeholders across the organisation
- Great attention to detail with excellent time management skills and organisational skills
Experience
- 4-5 years experience within a Digital Learning Design, Learning Technologist role or similar
- Experience of designing regulatory learning or compliance based learning is essential, ideally within in the financial sector
- Experience designing video, audio and graphic content using tools such as Canva, Vyond and Camtasia is desirable
Education
- Learning design related qualifications are desirable
