A superb opportunity exists for an experienced Client Operations Manager to join a small but high-performing team in a market leading consultancy specialising in the development of bespoke learning solutions. The Client Operations Manager will be responsible for managing multiple programmes often of a complex nature. Responsibilities include overseeing international learning events, supporting clients throughout the project and having an input on the design of learning and interventions on a global scale.

Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent client relationships, keeping an up to date knowledge of the client’s needs and ensuring effective client engagement throughout the design and delivery of learning programmes
- Managing projects from initiation to delivery to ensure excellent customer service is delivered
- Laise with clients frequently via telephone, SMS and face-to-face to ensure a first class customer and learner experience
- Be a main point of contact for clients to discuss all training matters, whether it be financial, legal or operational
- Identify new collaboration opportunities when working with clients and cross sell learning solutions that will add value
- Work closely with finance team, sending out invoices to clients on time and with correct PO details on
- Lead on client commercials, provide client proposals and program budgets
- Negotiate, manage and administer records of program contracts
- Line management responsibilities for two direct reports
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide a superb client experience
- A natural leader who is driven and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with excellent time and task management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Knowledge of Google Drive or similar is desirable
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management focused role
- Experience of working in an LD environment is essential
- A strong project management background
- Experience in line managing or leading a small team
Education
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
Qualifications
- Project Management qualifications are desirable
