Global Delivery Lead – Client Services

A superb opportunity exists for an experienced Global Delivery Lead to join a forward-thinking provider of professional development solutions. The Global Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the organisation’s global operations to support positive P&L, program management quality, team engagement and client satisfaction outcomes, in line with the organisational strategy and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Work with COO to identify and execute strategic Delivery Team initiatives, including overseeing allocation of time and resource
  • Drive client retention and expansion, working with commercial teams to improve client stakeholder management and implementing processes to measure client satisfaction 
  • Lead and manage the global delivery team, supporting regional team leaders to manage local operations and P&L’s
  • Ensure consistency and governance on delivery processes globally
  • Take ownership of the systems used by the delivery team, ensuring that the system is integrated across the business and adopted efficiently
  • Support and lead on the future growth strategy, enhancing the current associate base and forecasting future resourcing plans

Skills

  • Interpersonal gravitas, with strong influence and presence skills
  • A natural leader who is driven and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with excellent time and task management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a global operations manager role in the education or LD sector
  • Experience leading and managing diverse teams
  • Experience of working with corporate clients from either sales or delivery perspectives
  • Prior PL management experience
  • Experience with behavioural change leadership development an advantage
  • Experience structuring, improving and managing the integration of operational project management systems

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
