Client Services Training Manager (12 Month FTC)

£40K-£42K Basic Salary

A brilliant opportunity to join a well-established membership body, who require a Client Services Training Manager to work closely with their new and existing clients to develop and maintain relationships, whist managing the effective delivery of in-company training programmes and promoting the launch of new learning products to existing and prospective clients.This is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to assess and meet their training needs
  • Manage trainer selection, briefing, and contract negotiations with trainers and clients
  • Invoice clients and provide trainers with purchase order numbers before courses
  • Recruit new trainers to ensure a wide range of subjects for in-company customers
  • Build blended learning solutions to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Generate new business opportunities by researching key segments and understanding their needs
  • Develop the in-company pipeline to reflect new market opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
  • Collect and update testimonials from in-company courses
  • Communicate with prospects to build relationships and attract new customers
  • Work with the Head of Training and Development to assist in the planning and development of open training programmes
  • Facilitate the smooth execution of online training courses by supporting both speakers and delegates
  • Implement effective marketing and materials to promote courses, including utilising social media

Skills

  • A confident communicator with the ability to manage and develop client relationships
  • A proactive and commercial approach to identifying new opportunities to promote the learning products
  • The ability to think creatively and originally to grow business and generate new business
  • Self-motivated, positive, and assertive in working with others at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to use own initiative

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working within a learning and development role, providing support to external clients
  • Experience of coordinating learning events, liaising with trainers or suppliers

Education

  • Educated to degree level is desirable
