An amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation with an impressive client list, that empowers women with the skills, qualifications and job opportunities to become technology leaders of the future! Having quadrupled headcount in the last year, they are looking for an ambitious sales professional with a proven track record successfully engaging with senior stakeholders in L&D, HR or talent acquisition. The role is home based with once a month travel to the London office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with senior contacts in large ‘enterprise’ prospect companies, utilising some great client success stories!
  • Successfully sell the company’s portfolio of technology focused learning programmes to clients who want to recruit female talent in technology
  • Deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Achieve personal sales targets (Circa £700K per annum)
  • Produce and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines

Skills

  • Proven B2B sales skills
  • Target driven and ambitious
  • A genuine interest in and passion for education and technology
  • Clear and confident communicator

Experience

  • Several years of success selling education or technology related solutions to enterprise B2B clients
  • Experience of working with and selling to senior buyers in LD, HR, Technology or Talent Acquisition
  • Proven ability to achieve yearly sales targets of 500K and above
  • Proficient user of CRM andor ATS software

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is beneficial

Qualifications

  • A sales or technology related qualification is an advantage
